Our services are exclusively for female clients seeking legal assistance in Pakistan. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.

4. Advocate Verification

All advocates are verified for Bar Council registration. However, ApniWakeel does not guarantee outcomes of legal cases and is not liable for the advice or actions of individual advocates.

5. Confidentiality

Both users and advocates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all case-related information shared on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not misrepresent their identity, submit false information, harass advocates, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

ApniWakeel serves as a connector platform. We are not liable for the outcomes of legal cases, the quality of legal advice, or disputes between clients and advocates.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
